Are your products suitable for people with a wheat intolerance?
In Australia, both glucose and starch are usually derived from wheat (although we have occasionally used starch derived from corn). Our jelly products contain approximately .003% gluten. Coeliacs who are unsure if this is an unsuitable level for them should seek medical advice.
Our licorice products do contain wheat flour and may be unsuitable for those with a gluten intolerance.
What type of gelatine do you use in your products?
All of our gelatine comes from Australian beef.
Do your products contain any nuts or dairy products?
There are no nuts or dairy products in any of our products.
